What to include in the first note.

A focused message makes it easier to identify whether the best next step is assessment, consultation, leadership development, training, research, or evaluation.

  • Organizational challenge *
    What is happening now, and what makes it important? Include the people or groups most affected.
  • Support needed *
    Assessment, consultation, leadership development, research, training, evaluation, or help clarifying the right starting point.
  • Organization type
    Public agency, nonprofit, foundation, health setting, education, corporate, utility, board, executive team, or another context.
  • Preferred contact method
    Email is confirmed for current public use. Include phone preference in the message if a call would be better.
  • Timeline or urgency
    Name any decision date, leadership meeting, change effort, conflict point, or assessment window.
  • Optional context
    Share anything that would help ITTL understand the history, sensitivity, or desired outcome of the work.
